How it works:
As a design professional, I like to get a sense of your personal style. This more often then not means having a conversation, be it in person or online, to get a sense of your personality and what you hope to accomplish by the end of the project. It is important that we talk about budget, lifestyle, and design focus for the space. Then we move on to an in home design consultation. Of course, this is not always possible, so for those clients, blueprints with detailed dimensions and photos of the space from several angles are necessary. Don’t worry, we can walk through everything the I need to make your project a success! At this point, you and I will work together to create a preliminary style story, which I will use as inspiration to make decisions for your project. Finally, a full presentation is put together for you with floor plans and complete design vision, including floor coverings, window treatments, and accessories. My goal is to leave you without question as to what the finished space will look like.
Phase II Design
Maybe you are happy with the overall furnishing selections in your home, or you feel comfortable and capable of making those selections yourself, but bringing the space together and creating a cohesive flow through your home is presenting a challenge. I am happy to help take your home from furnished to finished buy drawing inspiration from items you have and adding soft goods such as pillows, artwork, and fabulous window treatments that are functional or decorative. If you are interested in integrating the protective and practical aspects of window coverings into your Smart Home, I can accomplish that in a way that compliments your home and decor beautifully.
Accessorize
Sometimes the final touches are the most difficult. During an accessory consultation, the showroom comes to you and stages your existing space with new decorative and functional accents to show how the space can really look once it’s complete.
Color or Design Consult
A color consultation is complimentary with any other design service. If you are repainting and/or adding hard finishes and tile and want to make sure they flow together, let me guide you buy providing correct color theory applications so all of your design elements create a wonderful color story. This package is available for purchase alone.
Pricing
Each project and process requires different levels of hourly commitment from me, and various budgets will dictate product presented.
